The proposed 90 square foot addition will <br />enclose an area in front of one of the existing service garage <br />doors. All zoning code requirements are met by the development <br />plans. <br /> <br />Accordin~ to City Code all equipment rental businesses must be <br />licensed by the City. The City Council will be reviewing the <br />request ofU-HAUL for an equipment rental license in the near <br />future. - <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board of Review recommend approval of <br />LP-84, U-HAUL by simple motion contingent on the company obtaining <br />the necessary license to operate. <br /> <br />
