<br />RESOLUTION NO <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />AN APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-87 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An application for a special use permit, SP-87 <br />has been made by the City of New Brighton to allow the storage <br />of ag-lime and sealcoating aggregate on a site located generallY <br />north of Old Highway #8 and adjacent to the Community Resource <br />Center. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit, SP-87 <br />was filed with the City on September 12, 1979. <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on September 18, 1919. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of Review <br />meeting were considered. <br /> <br />II <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-87: <br /> <br />.1. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential; <br />2. That the piles are low and adequately screened by the <br />existing,mature trees on the site; <br />3. That the material to be stored does not present any <br />substantialdarigerr to the he~lth: andsafetyofjarea~~ <br />resi dents; <br />4. That the grade difference provides screening from the <br />public right-of-way; <br />5. That the storage of the material will not adversely <br />affect adjoining properties. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That t~e application SP-87 is <br />hereby recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the piles be kept in the rear of the site, be <br />situated in an orderly manner and be kept low and <br />unobtrusive. <br />2. That the site be maintained and be free of refuse and <br />debris. <br />3.
