<br />'I' RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-88 <br />I <br />~ WHEREAS, An application for a special use permit entitled <br />rLP-88 has been made by RCE Corporation to allow the construction <br />IOf a mGde1 unit; and . . <br /> <br />I WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />I follows: . <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />II <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />'I <br />I, <br />!I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ii <br />II <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />(~ ,Sf/~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2257 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That an application for special use permit SP-88 was <br />filed with the City of New Brighton on September 4, 1979. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />Planning Commission Board of Review on September 18, 1979 <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br />notices, held a public hearing on September 25, 1979, <br />all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff,- <br />the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />5. That the City Council received a petition and building <br />plans which specify a location of the ,building relocation <br />on October 9, 1979. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City <br />Counci,l makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to SP-88. <br /> <br />1. That the property is presently zoned B-3, General Busines <br />and is proposed to be rezoned to R-2, Two-Family Res- <br />idential. <br /> <br />2. That model homes are permitted as accessory uses in R-1 <br />and R-2 zoning districts. <br /> <br />3. That this model unit will be similar to a model home and <br />will be constructed in such a manner. <br /> <br />4. That the site plan for the model unit makes use of the <br />site plan considered for the condominium under the <br />proposed PRO #27. <br /> <br />5. That the model unit will not have a sustantia11y detrimen a1 <br />affect on adjacent properties. <br /> <br />6. That the petition signed by area residents indicates <br />initial acceptance of the building relocation. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for SP-88 is <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br />
