<br />.,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMS,EY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTInN MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION <br />FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An application for a special use permit entitled <br />SP-88 has been made by RCE Corporation to allow the <br />construction of a model unit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the appli~ation is <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for special use permit SP-88 <br />was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />September 4, 1979. <br /> <br />2. That such application was reviewed by the New <br />Brighton Planning Commission Board of Review on <br />S e p te mb e r 1 8, 1 9 79 . <br /> <br />3. That the City Council,pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on September 25, <br />1979, all person's present at the hearing were <br />given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />4. F-~~U { <br />s:-;o --9 NOW TH EREFORE BElT RESOLVED, Th a t the New B rl gh ton <br />City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect <br />to SP-88. <br /> <br /> <br />1. That the property is presently zoned B-3, General <br />Business and is proposed to be rezoned to R-2, <br />Two-Family Residential. <br /> <br />2. That model homes are permitted as accessory uses in <br />R-l and R-2 zoning districts. <br /> <br />3. That this model unit will be similar to a model <br />home and will be constructed in such a manner. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br /> <br />,.... <br />
