That the ground .si 9n contain bui lding address and <br />tenant names only; <br />3. That such ground sign shall not exceed 56 square <br />fee tin are a nor 1 0 fee tin h e i 9 h t, and s h a 11 h a ve <br />a minimum setback requirement of thirteen (13) feet, <br />four (4 ) inches from the front property line; <br />4. Th at no wa 11 signs sh a 11 be a 11 owed; <br />5.
