The Commissioners questioned whether the sign would be commercially made, whether the tenant panels would be removable, how big the support up-rights would be and if the information provided was sufficient to insure the sign would be attractive and built as ,indicated. Mr. Lange s ta ted the up-ri ghts w'ould be 8" x 8" ceda r pos ts, tha t the tenant panels would be removable to accommodate a change in tenants and that he h~d intended to make the sign himself. ~i Mr. Lange stated that he would be willing to work with staff to arrive at a sign that was attractive. Staff stated that from an enforcement end the materials shown were adequate and that staff could easily work with the applicant. Motion by Leverkuhn, seconded by Williams,. to amend the staff recommended resolution by adding a #6 under BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED to read as follows: e "6. That the up-right sign supports shall be cedar posts at least 8 inches square." 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, motion carried.
