<br />The above-entitled matter came on for jury trial on

<br />July 12, 1982 before the undersigned Ramsey County Judge at

<br />Ne~ Brighton, Minnesota. On the day of trial. the defendant

<br />~aived his right to a jury trial and the matter proceeded as

<br />a court trial. Thomas Hughes, Ne\.' Brighton City Attorney,

<br />Thomas K. Boudreau, the defendant herein, residing at

<br />660 23rd Avenue, N.K. in the City of Ne~ Brighton, County of
<br />
<br />Ramsey is a licensed amateur radio operator operating in
<br />
<br />compliance with the rules and regulations of the Federal
<br />
<br />Communications Commission.

<br />In the Fall of 1979, the defendant began construction of

<br />an a~ateur radio antenna to...er in the rear portion of his
