That an application for a special use permit, SP-92 <br />was filed with the City on June 5, 1980. <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on June 17, 1980. <br />3. That the property is zoned R-1 ~Sing1e Family Residential <br />and was developed under a special use permit, SP.58; <br />2. T hat p.' r op Q s.. e. d temp 0 r a r y use mod i f. i cat ion w i1.. 1 not c rea tel <br />parking problems and will not detract from the residential <br />use of the remainder of the domitory units; I <br />3. That the units to be used for office are of a distance I <br />from abutting single family dwellings and will not I <br />adversely affect the established single family character- <br />istic of the area; and <br />4. That the temporary modification of use does not <br />substantially change the master plan and intention of <br />special use permit, SP-58. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Board of Review hereby <br />recommends SP-92 be approved subject to the following <br />condi ti on: . <br /> <br />1.
