<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-92 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An application for a special use permit, SP-92 has <br />been made by United Theological Seminary to allow the temporary <br />use of four (4) dormitory units as faculty and administrative <br />offi ces; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit, SP-92 <br />was filed with the City on June 5, 1980. <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on June 17, 1980~ <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all personts st~tements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT REIOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings nf Fact are made in respect to SP-92; <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential <br />and was deve1nped under a special use permit, SP-58; <br />2. That proposed temporary use modification will not create <br />parking problems and will not detract from the residentia <br />use of the remainder of the domitory units; <br />3. That the units to be used for office are of a distance <br />from abutting single family dwellings and will not <br />adversely affect the established single family character- <br />istic of the area; and <br />4. That the te'mporary modification of use does not <br />substantially change the master plan and intention of <br />special use permit, SP.58. . <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Board of Review hereby <br />recommends SP.92 be approved subject to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1.
