<br />ATTACHMENT <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1980 <br /> <br />SP-94, MISTER DONUT <br /> <br />A representative from Mister Donut was present to answer <br />questions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Livingston voiced a concern over the condition of <br />the landscaped areas and the general maintenance of the site. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Williams also noted the potential traffic hazards <br />of the southern-most driveway along Silver Lake Road. <br /> <br />Motion by Livingston, second by Sande to table the item until <br />:uch time as the property owner of the site is present and <br />lS preapred to address the concerns of the landscaping areas <br />and the southern driveway on Silver Lake Road. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 16, 1980 <br /> <br />SP-94, MISTER DONUT <br /> <br />Staff reported on the meetings held with the property owner since <br />the last Board meeting. <br /> <br />Susan Rappaport representing the owners of the shopping center was <br />present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Livingston questioned the length of time of 9 months <br />to complete the closing of the driveway and landscaping. He stated <br />that he felt it should be completed in a more timely manner. <br /> <br />Ms. Rappaport stated that it was the owners intent to get bids in <br />early spring and commence on the work. <br /> <br />She noted that within the 9 month period the work would be completed. <br /> <br />Motion by Leverkuhn, se~ond by Lang to waive the reading and adopt <br />tt a resolution with conditions recommending approval of SP-94. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br />
