<br />~ <br /> <br />SP-94 <br />Page #2 <br /> <br />The proposed sign plan also requests that each.prospective tenant <br />is allowed one wall sign restricted in size by the Table of <br />Basic Design Elements of the sign code to be based on the lineal <br />feet of frontage of each particular tenant. In addition, the wall <br />signable area is designated on the mansard area of the building. <br /> <br />At the last Board of Review meeting on November 18, 1980 the Board <br />requested staff to discuss the Board's concerns over landscapping <br />and the southern most driveway on Silver Lake Road and to request <br />that the property owner be present at the next meeting. As <br />indicated by the attached letter from the property owner the <br />southern driveway will be,closed and the landscaping will be revised. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board recommend approval of SP-94 by <br />waiving the reading and adopting the attached resolution. <br /> <br />. ~ II! tluL-v <br /> <br />J~ n M.
