<br />Commercial Guarantee Fund, Inc., to work
<br />with all downtown businesses and with all
<br />others making proposals for the downtown
<br />and to bring back a plan for the redevelopment
<br />of downtown New Brighton that integrates ,these
<br />divergent interests to the extent possible."
