The <br />Co unci 1 through special permi,t <br />is allowed to e~tablish a' <br />sign plan. <br /> <br />APPLICANT'S REQUEST <br /> <br /> <br />The a~plicant is requesting the installation of a wall sign 4' x <br />listing the two tenants by business name. In addition, the sign <br />contains 4',slots for the doctor's names with three inch letter~ng. <br />The three inch lett~ring according to the zoning code is not <br />calculated as items of information. <br /> <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />The proposed sign meets the zoning c6de requirements in regard to <br />location and size. The special 'use permit is required because of <br />the request for the names of both firms to be placed on the sign. <br />This sign plan ~ppears to be consistent with previous-sign plans <br />approved by the council which are directory in nature.
