City Council sets date for Public Hearing. <br />4. City Council holds public hearing and considers action on request. <br />(The Ci~y Council meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month) <br />5. if the special use permit is granted, it must be exercised within <br />180 days or it expires, unless application for a time extension is <br />received and granted by the Council before the expiration date. <br />
