This is the area <br />on the plan just south of where the driving lane <br />bends to go eastward. The seven parking spaces <br />will' hav~ to be relocated on the site. The Fire <br />Department will further monitor the final building <br />plans in reference to sprinkler connections, etc. <br /> <br />The Building will not be of masonary construction, <br />it will be a wood frame building with brick veneer. <br /> <br />A final plat has not been prepared but the applicant <br />has agreed that the units will be platted for <br />individual ownership. <br /> <br />The applicant,has agreed to access off of Windsor <br />Lane rather than Silver Lake Road. The City Engineer <br />is presently discussing with the applicant redesigning <br />with Windsor Green As~ociation an access IDore <br />acceptable than the one depicted on the plans. The <br />resolution requires an access acceptable to the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />The excavation and filling computation have not <br />been made available. ' <br /> <br />The paving and concrete curbing is noted on the plans. <br /> <br />The plan only depicts two of the required four <br />handicap spaces. <br /> <br />Landscaping - The City Forrester reviewed the plan <br />and comments that the proposed plan is compatiable <br />with the Windsor Green development.
