Grading and Drainage - The fina1 plan relocates the pond and <br />moves the tennis courts to the southeast. The City Engineer <br />comments that he has no major concerns over the revised <br />grading and drainage plan. <br />2. The Fire Department requests that the driving lane on the <br />plans be altered and that at least two of the 7 eastern <br />parking spaces be -telocated. These are the parking spaces <br />immediately west of the swimming pool. The fire Department <br />will further monitor the final building plans in reference <br />to sprinkler connections, etc. ' <br />3. The Building will not be of masonary' construction, it will <br />be a wood frame building with brick veneer. <br />4. This information will be provided along with the final plat.) <br />5. The applicant has, agreed to access off of W,indsor Lane <br />rather than Silver Lake Road. The City Engineer is presently <br />discussing with the applicant and with Windsor Green, <br />Association the redesigning of an access mor~ acceptable <br />than the one depicted on the plans. The attached letter <br />from the applicant indicates that this driveway will be <br />des i gned as req ues ted. <br />6. The excavation and filling computation have hot been made <br />available. <br />7. The paving and concrete curbing is noted on the plans. <br />8. The plan only depicts two of the required four handicap <br />spaces, the plans will be revised. <br />9. Landscaping - The City Forrester reviewed the plan and <br />comments that the proposed plan is compatible with the <br />Windsor Green development. He voiced a concern over the <br />fill material to be used and how it would affect the proper <br />growth of the plantings. Staff recommends that pines replace <br />the shade trees south of the gas stati on as requested -by the <br />'Planning Commission. ' <br />10. The Council is also considering the second reading of the <br />rezoning. ' <br />11. The plans depict 80 units. <br />12. An agreement has been given by the applicant. <br />13. The preliminary plat notes the proposed right-of-way. This <br />area is required to be on the dedications of the final plat. <br />
