<br />Belair Builders <br />P a,g e # 3 <br /> <br />Planning Commission Consideratidn and Recommendation <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 22, 1981 <br /> <br /> <br />Staff reviewed the sketch presented by the appiicantfor the s~ecial <br />use permit (SP-97) to install a sales trailer on the property. <br />Staff also discussed the proposed driveway off of Windsor Lane and <br />the relocation of some of the parking spaces adjacent to the <br />swimming pool. <br /> <br />Commissioner Williams questioned if the drainage concerns relating <br />to County Road E had been addressed. <br /> <br />Staff noted th-at'the City -Engineer and the applicant's engineer have <br />resolved those concerns. <br /> <br />Commissioner Williams stated that the applicant should consider ch~ng- <br />ing the orientation of the tennis ~ourt so that it had a north1south <br />orientation. He further commented that the proposed shade trees <br />south of the gas station should be replaced with pine trees which <br />would provide more adequate screeni~g twelve months a year. <br />..-, - <br />lJ ~otion by Leverkuhn, second by Sande to recommend approval of final <br />'PRD-31 c~ntingent on the fO)lowi!lg:- <br /> <br />1. Notation of pump/well and landscaping sprinkler system <br />on the landscape plans.
