The results <br />have determined that a specially designed ~ooting and column <br />system is the most feasible method of construction. The <br />limited amount of compaction thus needed can.be accomplished <br />by means of site borrow. <br /> <br />Therefore, allow this letter to withdraw our intention to <br />perform extraction from JUO's site.
