SECTION 4-600 Height Exceptions a. Height limitations shall not apply to the following: 1. Church spires, belfries, cupolas and domes; 2. Chimneys and smokestakes; 3. Flag poles; - .. 4. Building permits are required for to_wers and antennae which meet the following regulations: 1. All towers and antennae shall have setbacks equal ~o or greater than the height of the proposed structure; 2. Distance of any guy an-ohorage or similar device shall be at least 10 feet from any property line. 3. Suitable protective anti-climb fencing and a landscape planting screen. shall be provided and maintained around the structure and accessory.attachments. 4. The applicant shall present documentation of the possession of any required license by any Federal, State or local . agency.- . 5. No structure shall be in excess of a height equal to the distance from the base of the structure to the nearest overhead e1e~trica1 power line which serves more than one dwelling or place of business, less five feet. 6. Only one such structure exceeding the district height limitations shall exist at anyone time on any residentially zoned and used lot or parcel. 7. Application tQr the permit must include construction draw- ings showing. proposed method of installation, structural engineering analysis and site plan depicting structures and p1anti~gs on the property and all adjacent properties. At the request-Q~ Administrative authority, documentation of a maintenance program -may be required. 8. If any modification~are made to the structure, the Building Official shall hav~ the authority to require proof that said addition, change, or modification is in conformity with the permit and the Uniform Building Code. 9.
