<br />... <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-103 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a special use permit entitled <br />SP-103 has been made by Christ The King Lutheran Church to <br />construct an addition to an existing church; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit, SP-103 <br />was filed with the City of New Brighton on March 30, 1982; <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on April 20, 1982, <br />all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That such application was reviewed by the City Council <br />on April 27, 1982; <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the city staff, <br />the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to SP-103: <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential; <br />2. That the application with the conditions below meet the <br />standards for a special use permit pursuant to Section <br />8-130 of the New Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application SP-103 is hereb <br />approved subject to the followi:ng conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be a thirty foot front yard landscaped area <br />with the installation of additional p1antings to screen <br />the front yard parking from persons traveling on <br />7th Street NW; <br />2. That all driving and parking areas be enclosed with the <br />required crubing; <br />3. That there be at least 229 parking spaces on the site; <br />4. That the City Engineer approve final parking design; and <br />5.
