STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-103 WHEREAS, an application for a special use permit entitled SP-103 has been made by Christ The King Lutheran Church to construct an addition to an existing church; and WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a special use permit, SP-103 was filed with the City of New Brighton on March 30, 1982; 2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on April 20, 1982, all person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. 3. That such application was reviewed by the City Council on April 27, 1982; 4. The written comments and analysis of the city staff, the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were considered. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brighton City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to SP-103: 1. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential; 2. That the application with the conditions below meet the standards for a special use permit pursuant to Section 8-130 of the New Brighton Zoning Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application SP-103 is hereb approved subject to the followi:ng conditions: 1. That there be a thirty foot front yard landscaped area with the installation of additional p1antings to screen the front yard parking from persons traveling on 7th Street NW; 2. That all driving and parking areas be enclosed with the required crubing; 3. That there be at least 229 parking spaces on the site; 4. That the City Engineer approve final parking design; and 5.
