<br />.' <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 15, 1982 <br /> <br />SP-104, SGT. BILKO'S INC. <br /> <br />SP-104 <br />9:00 P.M. - <br />9:10 P.M. <br /> <br />Chairman Williams opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Staff reported that the parking problem has not been <br />resolved. <br /> <br />Jim Hanna, applicant, indicated that he has spent a great <br />deal of time trying to secure the necessary parking. He <br />thanked the Commission for their consideration and noted he <br />will be looking for other sites with adequate parking. <br /> <br />Commissioner Weaver commented that she hoped that Mr. Hanna <br />could find an acceptable site for his use within the City <br />of New Brighton. <br /> <br />With the consent of the Commission, Chairman Williams recieved <br />a letter from Clark Pharmacy indicating that Mr. Clark has <br />agreed to rent 8 spaces to the applicant. <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, second by Livingston to close the public <br />hearing. <br />7 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, second by Sande to recommend denial of <br />SP-104 by wiaving the reading and adopting a resolution. <br />S Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br />
