<br />1. That the re~uest for relocation to a temporary site was
<br />filed with the City of New Brighton on tl 0 v em b e r 2 2 , 1 982.
<br />2. T ha t s u c h r e que s twas rev i ~ \') e d by th e C i t Y Co u n c i 1 an
<br />November ,23, 1982.'
<br />3. The written'comments and anllysiS of the city staff were
<br />con sid e r,ed .
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brighton City
<br />Council makes the following Findin[s of Fict in respect to the
<br />temporary relocation:
<br />
<br />1. That the building in question is a historic railroad
<br />depot owned by a civic organization the New ~rightan
<br />Historic Society;
<br />2. That if the historic building is not relocated, the
<br />histQricbuildinQ would be destroyed;
<br />3. Th.at Section 8-010 of the New Brighton Zoning Code allows
<br />the Cou\"l<:il to waive the requirem.nts of Section 8-"630;
<br />BuildjngRelocation;' .
<br />That the request is temporary in Qature and that the

<br />~ection 8-630 of the zoning code;;
<br />5. That the potential sites at the Bel Lumber and Pole
<br />CompanYQr 0 & T Trucking are zoned industrial; and
<br />6. That the temporary relocation bf the depot on either
<br />s it e \'11 11 not a d v e r s e 1 y a f f e c t the c h a r act e r 0 f the
<br />neighborhood nor have any affect on the comfort a~d
<br />enjoyment of those properties.

<br />BE 11 FU~THER RESOLVED, that the.request for temporary
<br />rclocatioh i~ hereby approved subject to the follo\'/1ng conditions
<br />
<br />1. T~at a buildinq relocation permit be obtained from th2
<br />Building Official; .
<br />2. That thebuildino be secured with all windows and doors
<br />see l: red an d a I) pro v e d by t he 3u i 1 din 9 0 f fie i a 1 ;
<br />3. That the City Planner approve the specific site for the
<br />relocation;
<br />4. That no on~ will be using the building nor working on
<br />the exterior or interior of said building;
<br />5. That the approval of temporary relocation expires July 1,
<br />1983 anda permanent relocation with all applicable
<br />permits under Section 8-630 of the zoning code be
<br />obtained prior to July 1, 1983.
