<br />RESOLU-rION NO 82-17 <br /> <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING CO~MISSION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING 'APPROVAL OF <br />SP-107 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a special use permit, SP-107 has <br />been made by Comprehensive Medical Care, P.A. for a medical <br />center office building. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit was filed <br />with the City on September 29, 1982. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />m ail e d not ice s, he.l d a pub 1 i c he a r i n g 0 n 0 c t 0 b e r 1 4, 1 982, <br />all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission <br />that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to <br />SP-107: <br /> <br />1. That the proposal for a medical center office building <br />is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. That the proposal is consistent with the general <br />development olans for the downtown area. <br />3. That the 20 foot front yard setback is consistent with <br />the Downtown Concept Plan and B-3 Zoning District. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application for SP-107 <br />is and hereby recommended for approval, subject to the following <br />conditions: - . <br /> <br />1. Conformance with site plans signed by the ~pplicant:and <br />City Planner. _ " <br />2. Approval of the Rice Creek v!atershed District and City <br />Engineer for drainage and ponding." <br />3.
