<br />October 27, 1982 <br /> <br />City of New Brighton. <br />To the Planning Commission: <br /> <br />Re: SPECTRUM 2 <br />(Family Amusements) <br /> <br />Ladies & Gentleman: <br /> <br />We the tenants of the Rice Creek Shopping Center have met <br />\uth Mr. Aaron and have seen his plans and proposals for a family <br />amusement center in our mall. We feel very comfortable having a <br />family amusement center here as Mr. Aaron has taken precautionary <br />measures to insure that kids will not be a nuisance to this shopping <br />center and find his hours of operation conducive to the center. <br /> <br />We feel that this center will be an asset to the shopping center <br />and community as it vall give our families and kids a place to enter- <br />tain themselves right here in New Brighton. <br /> <br />We therefore would like the city planning committee to approve <br />of Mr. Aaron's special use permit.
