The applicant's property includes <br />virtually all of the ~and in and around Jones Lake. At the Planning <br />Commission meeting on December 21, 1982 the applicant indicated that the <br />property was originally purchased in the early 1960's. Sometime during <br />the mid-1960's the applicant subdivided off a small piece of property now <br />owned by WAYL radio. As part of this subdivision, and subsequent sale <br />to WAYL the applicant, Central Baptist Seminary, retained a access ease- <br />ment to their larger parcel and also retained a 99 year lease to use the <br />WAYL building.
