City of <br />New Brighton. <br />I n the petitioner's request for variance i t is stated tha t a I I property owners wi thi n <br />200- feet of the peti tioner`sproperty have consented i n writing to the location and <br />construction. of asix-foot fence. <br />The petitioner's home is situated on the lot in such a way that there is no back <br />yard, It is the petitioner's opinion that this presents for him a hardship. in that <br />he lacks privacy and a safe play area for his child, <br />Under the above circumstances it appears that the request for variance be grantede <br />We recommend, however, that the depth of the .petitioner's proposed play area <br />be reduced from 28 feet to 20 feet in order to provide for a better appearance, <br />
