Road Machinery <br />Planning Commission Chairman Motis stated proposal Deferred <br />is consistent with Planning Commission plan. <br />Motion by Morris, seconded by Rebelein to close hearing. <br />5 ayes - 0 naves -.carried <br />Motion by Morris, seconded by Bromander to defer action <br />on rezoning petition until Council has opportunity to <br />review Phase I of the Planning Report. <br />3 ayes `- 2 naves {Rebelein, Moen) - carried <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />Frank Rekucki and Fritz Werdouschegg spoke in VN-79 <br />opposition to granting variance. Rodney Billman <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Morris to close hearing <br />5 ayes = 0 naves - carried <br />Motion by Bromander, seconded by Fisher to deny <br />variance VN-79 and petitioner be ordered to remove <br />violation-within 60 days. <br />5 ayes = 0 Hayes - carried <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called.
