DATE: October 19, 1971 <br />CASE NUMBER: PL-77 <br />APPLICANT: Wayne Larson <br />LOCATION: West side of 16th Avenue N.W., South of 14th Street N.W. described as <br />Lots 1 and 8 of Block 1 Pike Lake North,, except that part of Lot 8 platted <br />in Pike Lake North 3rd <br />REQUEST: Approval of Preliminary Plat <br />PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS: <br />The property in question is described as rolling.. The North end of the site is relatively <br />high and contains some hardwood tree cover. Portions of the site are low and will <br />require similar filling operation to that performed on Pike Lake North 3rd area aeross <br />16th Avenue Northwest. <br />A single family home presently occupies Lot 3 of the proposed plat. .The Village <br />engineer has indicated that no major difficulties unknown to the Developer will hinder <br />development of the site as indicated. <br />All lots appear to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the appropriate Village <br />Ordinances. <br />
