Sma11 sodded areas around the building are <br />enhanced by Low Juniper shrubs defining the 'site and accentuating. the <br />structure corners. Black Hills-Spruce are used at key points on the site <br />to enhance the general layout.and-the structure. `The general planting plan. <br />appears'to be more: than adequate-and we1.1 thought out. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: :.Landscape Plan - Fortune Investments - September 5, 1972 <br />The planners notes indicated that the site was nearly level and easily visable <br />from all-roadway approaches, fine proposed'layout of the site appeared to <br />be well thought out and the selection .of landscape materials was excellent for <br />year-round appearance of the proposed development.. <br />Primary discussion by members of the Planning Commission centered on the <br />-proposed refuse area and it was suggested that this area should be paved in <br />concrete as opposed to asphalt as indicated on the plan. The question was <br />raised as to whether or nov a curb cut was proposed at this location and the <br />developer indicated that none was requested. (Planners Note under Section <br />10L~5:15 "the maximum number of driveways to a single property shall be two <br />(2) unless a special permit for a greater number is obtained from the <br />Village Council.) <br />
