The .reason for this charge is as stated in the code,: <br />Subdivision 1. The Village has not waived delayed or extended <br />any payments as they will apply to Sambo's Restaurant. <br />Sambo's Restaurant being a co~zm~ercial use, according to Village <br />code, is assigned 1.5 RECs for each of. the two bathrooms in the <br />building totaling 3 RECs. In addition to the above RECs, your <br />seating capacity is 144. One REC is equivalent to 15 seating <br />capacity.
