APPLICATION FOR <br />VARIAZ?CE <br />VILLAGE OF NE(~I BRIGHTON <br />RAMSLY COUI~TTY, i~iIN~TESOTA <br />May 23, 1973 <br />Date <br />T0: Village Council of Village of New Brighton <br />Via: Planning Commission <br />We, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Variance to use~the following described <br />property: Lot 2, Block 2, Brightwood Hills, East Addition <br />(2029 16A Street Northwest) <br />for the purpose of construction of a private, single family residence , <br />with attached garage with the garage setback 10 feet from the property line <br />in accordance with the provisions of Village of New Brighton Ordinance No. lg~. <br />In addition to the above described property, we own the following continguous to <br />this property:- <br />Lot 3, Block 2, Brightwood Hills, East Addition <br />This application is accompanied by a fee of:325.00 which is to be used by the <br />Village to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter in accordance with <br />the .provisions of Ordinance No. 1S$. Also required is abstracter's certificate <br />showing all property within 200 feet of above described i~ronerty. <br />This variance is requested because undue financial hardship would be incurred <br />in constructing this residence on this lot at the normal set-back due <br />to the severe topography. This additional cost is estimated to be <br />approximately $10,000.
