Tillage of New Brighton <br />Council Proceedings <br />July 10 1973 <br />Public Hearings <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called <br />Jerry Letters appeared representing Gordon Rendering <br />Harold Foley appeared regarding vacation. <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by .Anderson to close <br />hearing. <br />5 ayes - 0 mayes - carried <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Fisher to waive <br />reading and adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION <br />VACATING CERTAIN~5TREET IN THE VILLAGE OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called <br />Dave Nelson representing Nelson's Restaurants <br />descr-ibed proposal and reasons for variance request <br />Mrs. Arthur Martinson appeared; <br />Gerry Bressler, 1207 Brighton Square presented <br />petition to Council <br />Motion by Anderson, seconded by Eagon to receive <br />letter and petition from Brighton Square Homeowners <br />Association <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes -carried <br />E.J.
