The plan shows this setback.
We have been led to believe that our problem can only be resolved
through a variance proceduee. tie are further informed that this
procedure is very time-consuming. Minnesota weather, being what
it is, insists that our parking area be surfaced in the very near
future, or it cannot be done until load limits are lifted next
spring. We also have soon-to-expire deadlines with the "7-11"
Stores, but, even more urgent and potentially expensive is our
co."lipletion deadline with the North American Life Assurance Com-
pany. They are committed to a permanent mortgage payout upon
completion of the building and parking facilities in the near
future. Our interim financing will be in default in less than
one month! Obviously, our financial anguish will be enormous if
we cannot complete the project, install our tenants.; and finalize
permanent financing in the reasonably near future.
If permitted to complete the project, we do agree to make any
reasonable curb and green area changes that the council may re-
quire.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Very truly yours,
. *= Y L4
Keith T.
