Village of New Brighton 6 <br />Council Proceedings <br />October 23, 1973 <br />r <br />i <br />ordinances and Resolutions RESOLUTION <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson to waive #1276 <br />reading of resolution and to adopt resolution <br />entitled RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON (Foss Road and <br />Old Highway 8) <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Licenses, Permits and Claims Sealcoating <br />Motion by Anderson, seconded by Rebelein to Final Payment <br />accept completion of and final payment for 1973 Sealcoating, <br />Allied Blacktopping Company, in the amount of $5,259.38 <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />r -- <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Anderson to declare a <br />, <br />hardship exists because of a new business and to <br />authorize Building Inspector to issue sign permit for <br />pylon sign for 7-11 store at 2203 Silver Lake Road <br />according to the plans on file with the administration and <br />appraise the petitioner that this will be the only pylon <br />sign permitted on the property Sign 7-11 <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried 2203 Silver <br /> Lake Road <br />Motion by Rebelein seconded by Anderson to declare a <br />hardship exists because of a new business and to <br />authorize Building Inspector to issue sign permit for Sign 7-11 <br />pylon sign at 7-11 store at 2400 County Road E, to 2400 Cty Rd. <br />appraise the petitioner that this will be the only E <br />V pylon sign permitted on the property and that the <br />sign be located-no closer than 10 feet from the <br />property line on Silver Lake Road <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Eagon to defer action for S.E. Electronics <br />and direct administration to notify the petitioner <br />that his sign request will be on the next council agenda Deferred to <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Nov. 13 <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Anderson to direct <br />administration to notify Fuller Standard Oil that plot Fuller Oil <br />and landscape plan should be revised to incorporate <br />the changes suggested by the Planning Commission and <br />taking care of the deficiencies noted in the administrative <br />planning report and further notify Fuller Standard Oil of <br />the possible changes on Silver Lake Road and that action <br />be deferred on the request until the plot and landscape <br />plan have been brought into.proper form. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried
