No parking signs being installed on the west <br />side of the building; <br />2. The green area on S.W. corner be sodded. <br />3. There be 3 parallel parking stalls next to <br />curb on Silver Lake Road instead of the 4 <br />that are shown. <br />4. Subjf4t to full compliance with the site plan <br />received by the council March 12, 1974 and <br />also compliance with the original site and <br />landscape plan where applicable. <br />5. The work be completed by June 15, 1974 or the <br />temporary certificate of occupancy may be subject <br />council revocation. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson to receive <br />letter from Richard Meyers, Attorney at Law, regarding <br />Waldoch 540 Club liquor license, dated Feb. 13, 1974 <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson to-defer action <br />as requested by the petitioner to April 9, 1974 <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Public Hearinqs <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called <br />Mr. Jim Dlugosch,'1501 21st Avenue questioned what <br />would be done with the remainder of the property. <br />Mr. Don Kester, representing Minnesota Federal, <br />stated that the remainder of the property was reserved <br />for future park expansion. <br />Mr. Fritz Werdouschegg stated that the building was <br />not located in the proper area of site for the <br />purposes of conserving the natural area to the <br />maximum extent. <br />Mr. James D. Voigt, architect for Minnesota Federal, <br />stated that Minnesota Federal wanted their building <br />as shown on the plan.
