APPLICATION FOR <br />VARIANCE <br />VILLAGE OF AW BRIGHTON <br />RAMSElY COUTY, MINhTESOTA <br />October 29, 1973 <br />Date <br />TO: Village Council of Village of New Brighton <br />Via: Planning Commission <br />We, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Variance to use the following, described <br />property: <br />The East 183 feet of all that part of the NE % of the NW % of sec. <br />32, T. 30, R. 23, lying N'ly of the Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault <br />Ste. Marie Railway Company's right-of-way <br />for the purpose of Constructing an addition to the existj[jQ b d anc <br />moving the existing 14' X 14' overhead door facing the street to the <br />fr nt. of t1-1P new addition fa .inQ the_StrPQt. <br />in accordance with the provisions of Village of New Brighton Ordinance No. 188. <br />Section 10 - 120, para. K. <br />In addition to the above described property, we own the following continguous to <br />this property: <br />None <br />This application is accompanied by a fee of ',25.00 which is to be used by the <br />Village to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter in accordance with <br />the.provisions of Ordinance No. 185. Also required is abstracter's certificate <br />showing all property within 200 feet of above described ?Ero7Derty. <br />This variance is requested because A.
