That appropriate easements be Granted to the <br />city for a semaphore and/or semaphore control <br />device at Palmer Drive and Silver Lake Road._ <br />2. That the -installationof a pump"island to the <br />south along Palmer Drive is not approved as a part <br />of this variance. <br />3. That a permit.must be received from the council <br />for the installation of the pump island noted above. <br />4. The variance is conditioned upon performance <br />of the landscape and site plan dated and signed by <br />the Building and Planning Coordinator, January 22, 1974. <br />5. That the applicant provide a bond for completion <br />of landscape and site plan.work•in the amount-of <br />$3,237, work,to be completed within 9 months. <br />6. That the ;site for the sign as noted on the plan <br />is approved but. no -,sign approval is granted <br />7. The south driveway on Silver Lake Road shall be <br />signed "No Exit" at.the time the third driveway is <br />installed. <br />8. The new driveway shall be as shown on the site <br />plan noted above <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes --..:carried <br />
