r <br />•f <br />A APPLICATION FOR <br />VARIA?CE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NE7,J BRIGHTON <br />RAIqSLY COUNTY, MIN:\TESOTA <br />November 28, 1973- <br />Date <br />TO: Village Council of Village of New Brighton <br />Via: Planning Commission <br />we, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Variance to use the following described <br />property: That part of the N. 3/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 21, T. 30, <br />R. 23 lying W'ly of Interstate Highway No. 35W, E'ly of the E'ly right-of-way line <br />of US Highway No. 8 and S'ly of a line drawn at right angle to said E'ly right-of- <br />way line from a point therein distant 489.14 feet N'ly (measured along said E'ly <br />right-of-way line) from the S. line of the N. 3/4 of said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4. <br />for the purpose of Parking area <br />in accordance with the provisions on Village of New Brighton Ordinance No. 188. <br />In addition to the above described property, we own the following continguous to <br />this property: None <br />This application is accompanied by a fee of ;25.00 which is to be used by the <br />Village to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter in accordance with <br />the provisions of Ordinance No. 188.
