He further added concern as to 8:32 to <br />-what kind of. afence that. would be used and .the location 8:46 <br />of filtering equipment,. He further expressed. concern with <br />the soil condi ion in the-area. Mr John Lappen stated <br />that he .had ~ a petition:. of 16 .of 22 property. owners stating they <br />has no objections; 5 of.:the owners could not be contacted. <br />He stated that the fence at its closest point to the curb <br />would be 30 feet and would go back as far as 65 feet. <br />He stated he intended to construct a rough sawn cedar-slat <br />fence to match what is-on his house. He indicated that <br />prESent landscaping where the pool will be located will be <br />x.~elocated outside of the fence.
