COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS CITY OF NE11 BRIGHTON Pursuant to due call and published notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City Council was held at 8:00 P.M., June 1.1, 1974, in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 803 - 5th Avenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota. Present: Mayor Gayle C. Bromander, Councilmen Donald Anderson, Diana Eagon, Gene Fisher Also Present: Thomas F. Lewcock, City Manager; Perry W. Copeland, City Attorney; James J. Kleinschmidt, City Engineer; Vernon C. Pederson, Clerk-Treasurer Motion by Fisher, seconded by Eagon to approve minutes of regular meeting of May 28, 1974 Minutes 4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Unfinished Business Motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson to defer action on Defer appointment to Citizen's Study Committee to fill term to Appointment expire December 31, 1974. CSC 4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Anderson, seconded by Eagon to defer action Defer on appointment to Environmental Quality Commission to Appointment fill term to expire December 31., 1.974. E?;C 4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Anderson, seconded by Eagon to receive administrative report dated June 6, 1.974 4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Putnam Fence Deferred Motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson reauest of Mr. John W.
