No permit: shall be <br />issued for the construction of more-than <br />one private garage for each dwelling.° <br />` Number. 6f Property Owners Within '200 feetr 16 <br />Discussono <br />The applicant has a single garage attached to the house and <br />wishes to construct an additional two-car detached garagee Under <br />the recent revisions to the Building Code, variances are handled <br />via the '.same :procedure as variances from the Zoning Code. <br />As there ,are no other accessory buildings on the lot, there <br />would,be no .cluttering of the lot with additional buildings. <br />A neighbor across the alley from Mrs. Dolphy was: granted a <br />variance for the same purpose. <br />The applicant owns two 40` wide lots.
