<br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 10, 1987 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Brandt reported the Ramsey County Charter Commission will meet the <br />second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. in St. Paul <br />at the Government Center; is asking the RCLLG to poll their mem- <br />bers to be sure each city's concerns are addressed in the process <br />of determining whether or not the county should have a charter and <br />what it should include.
