1 <br />G , <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />APPLICATION FOR <br />VARIANCE <br />August 7, 1974 <br />Date <br />TO: City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />Via: Planning Commission <br />We, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Variance to use the following <br />described property: <br />North 471 feet of the east one half of the west one half of the southeast quarter <br />of the southwest quarter, Section 19, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minn. <br />for the purpose of Reducing side and rear lot line set back €pr, tennis fari l i ty <br />in accordance with the provisions of City of New Brighton Ordinance <br />No. 188. <br />In addition to the above described property, we ovn the following <br />continguous to this property: <br />Area to the West and North consisting of approximately 70 acres. <br />This application is accompanied by a fee of 25.00 which is to be used <br />by the City to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter in <br />accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 183. Also required is <br />abstracter's certificate showing all property within 200 feet of above <br />described property <br />This variance is requested because We are able to locate our building and <br />parking in much better proportion by setting the building 30' from both side an4 rear <br />lot lines.
