Regulation WPC 22 Sections (d) (2) and (4). <br />are cur, pec£c regulations provisions which must be enforced <br />on this site. On this basis we are requesting first of all <br />a complete chemical analysis of the material that has been <br />landfilled from various points and depthss throughout the <br />area. This work should be done by "a reputable laboratory. <br />Based on these results we will be able to define what must be <br />done with the material that has been filled adjacent_to your <br />plant and also the material previously filled under your buildings. <br />I have enclosed a copy of WPC 22 for reference.
