<br />APPLICATION FOR <br />VARIANCE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />August 15, 1974 <br />Date <br />TO: City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />Via Planning Commission <br />We, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Variance to use the following <br />described property: Block 15 and that part of Block 16, New Brighton, which <br />lies West of the West right-of-way line of the State Highway Department right-of- <br />way, including vacated streets and alleys appurtenant to said blocks; subject <br />to First Street S.W. <br />for the purpose of construction of building expansion with 1 s? than the rpgtd red <br />setbacks, and (2) to provide more than one loading dock facing a publir ;traet_ <br />in accordance with the provisions of City of New Brighton Ordinance <br />No. 188. <br />In addition to the-above described property, we own the following <br />continguous to this property: <br />r <br />This.application is accompanied by a fee of 25.00 which is to be used <br />by the City to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter in <br />accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 188. Also required is <br />abstracter's certificate showing, all property within 200 feet of _above <br />described property. <br />This variance is requested because 1. the maximum allowable curvature <br />rail spur onto the property dictates that the north wall of the building shut the <br />property line. Variance #2. is requested to provide adequate del'i'very access to the <br />beginning of the production sequence <br />Filed this l day of 19 7 in the office <br />of City Manager. <br />
