Loren Davis, 711 Emerald Drive stated that <br />she is in favor of the proposed variance. <br />AZr. Ken Johnson, petitioner, stated that his family <br />is growing and that his choice was to expand the <br />garage or move elsewhere. <br />Mrs. Ronald Werness, 1521 Emerald Drive asked <br />why the illegal fence is still on the premises. <br />The Building and Planning Coordinator stated that <br />it was an illegal fence because it is located on <br />the boulevard with no record of permission by <br />the city.
