The sign location on the building would work against
the purpose and intent of the sign ordinance
and that the resolution further indicate approval of an
8 x 16 ft sign on the Freeway on the condition that
the 7th Street sign be made conforming and the sign on
10th Street be removed and replaced with a standard
directional sign
5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried
Attorney stated hearing was properly called VN-142
Mr. Lee Kuluvar, representing Cricket Inn, Cricket Inn
was present to answer questions.
