Buildings. having multiple occupancy with individual <br />entrances: When a building contains two (2) or more <br />activities carried on by different occupants, each having <br />a separate entrance, each occupant may display one <br />.individual wall sign containing a maximum of five (5) <br />items of information;_however, the combined area of <br />all wall signs shall not exceed the allowable percent- <br />. age of the total selected signable area of the building <br />as regulated in section 14-040. Such wall signs must <br />be placed within the selected signable area. Such build- <br />ings may be identified by a single .ground sign only, <br />displaying the name of the building only. Such ground <br />sign shall conform to the size, height, and setback re- <br />quirements of sections 14-040 and 14-120. <br />2. Buildings having multiple occupancy with shared en- <br />trances: Such joint. occupancy buildings may be identi- <br />fied by a single ground or wall sign in conformance <br />with sections 14-040, 14-120, and 14-130 except that <br />such sign shall display the name of the building only. <br />Interior activities shall be identified together on an <br />integrated wall directory. Such identification shall be <br />limited to one square foot per activity and such direr- <br />-. Cory must be placed within a signable area. <br />8. Buildings having multiple occupancies with both indi- <br />vidual and shared entrances : The procedures to be fol- <br />lowed shall be as outlined in section 14-180, Areas of <br />Special Control. <br />d. Residential projects. One unlighted sign may be dis- <br />played for a residential project which is the initial offering for <br />sale or rent of ten (10) or more new dwelling units, vacant <br />lots or combination thereof for a period not to exceed two (2) <br />Supp. No. 1, 7-12-77 <br />2088 <br />
