- ~' <br />vN-~ 1~6 ~.3... <br />Planning Commission Recommendation. 8-19-~75e <br />Motion by Partyka, seconded by Parham, to recommend approval of <br />Vrd-146`conditioned on the planner's recommendations and the 13 1/3 <br />foot setback being maintained from 5th St, N~i~T. <br />Councilman Rebelein raised a question as to whether the s1.gn was <br />on the same parcel as the develo~nent. <br />The City Manager noted that this-would make the sign a bi lboard <br />if it we~c'e not but .that the Council could still grant a variance. <br />Councilman Rebelein noted, however, tdiat regardless there is a <br />possible problem in the future should the .area closest to 5th St, <br />develop and that development xequire signing.. He stated that it <br />should be left open that the signing could be modified in the future " <br />if necessary. <br />The mover, with the agreement of the seconder, agreed to add <br />- to the motion 'end, on the condition that tYie variance, will cease or <br />automatically come up for rehearing if at asfuture time another <br />development is added to the property other than E-Z Mini Storage.:" <br />Motion carried, 6-0 <br /> <br />
