Kleinschmidt, Director of Public Works
RE: Property Division between 20th Ave. NW and Long Lake Road
and South of 19th St. NW
Enclosed you will find a copy of the proposed resolution
covering the property division at the above location. I agree
with you that it would be desirable to acquire an additional
10 feet of right of way on the west side of Long Lake Road as a
condition for granting this property division.
Long Lake Road is a County Road and this additional right of way
should be deeded. to Ramsey County. This right of way would
normally be acquired by Ramsey County when an improvement is
proposed on this road om it would be acquired in conjunction with
a new plat. What I am saying is that we are doing Ramsey County
a favor in acquiring this right of way for them.
The legal decription of this proposed 10 foot acquisition
is as follows:
"The west 10 feet of the east 43 feet of the south 66.15
feet of the north 264.59 feet of SW~ of SE4 of SE4
(Subj to Rds) in Section 18, Township 30, Range 23,
Ramsey County, Minnesota"
The above property would be acquired from Parcel No. 1
listed on the enclosed resolution franthe above described property
division.

James J~./ Kle inschmidt
Director of Public Works
JJK:bj
Attach.
